Bankim Pathak, born Bankim Pravinchandra Pathak, is a renowned singer working primarily in the Hindu TV and Film Industry, Bollywood. Bankim was born on July 3rd, He was born and brought up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Bankim drew inspiration from his father, a well-known folk singer, and fell in love with music. Bankim would participate in music festivals and functions in school. He would sing in the assembly and gather confidence. He received help from people around him, like his school principal. This course explores the relationship between language, culture, and meaning, including how linguistic frameworks shape and are shaped bygd cultural contexts, encouraging students to understand how language affects bio-psycho-social health dynamics across cultures. Through the lens of cultural antropologi and applied linguistics, students will investigate how language can both limit and expand our understanding of the natural world and human relationships. The course will feature case studies from diverse geographical areas, ranging from indigenous languages in Latin America to multilingual societies in europe, Africa, and Asia, emphasizing the role of language in social identity, environmental perception, health and cultural adaptation.

Falguni Pathak (born 12 March ) is an Indian singer, performing artist and composer based in Mumbai. Her music is based on traditional musical forms from the Indian state of Gujarat. Since her professional debut in , she has developed into an artist with a large fan base across India.^[2] Once asked how she decided to take up singing as a career, she replied that it happened by default.^[3]
