    Synopsis[]

    As Captain Aceveda tries to fend off a city council investigation, Vic looks to stop a pair of brutal drug lords from moving into Farmington.

    Plot[]

    Five weeks after the events of the first season, a group of men restrain two men to wooden poles, place tires around their midsections and necks, and cover the tires in gasoline. One man approaches the stoic one and sets the tires ablaze, quickly burning him to death. The other man pleads for his life as the firestarter stands before him next.
