    The discography of Irish singer-songwriter Enya consists of eight studio albums, two compilation albums, twenty-one singles as lead artist and a number of other appearances. Enya achieved a breakthrough in her career in 1988 with the album Watermark, containing the big hit song "Orinoco Flow" which topped the UK Singles Chart and the European Hot 100 Singles.

    Three years later, the similarly successful Shepherd Moons followed, which debuted at the top of the charts in the United Kingdom and featured the moderately successful singles "Caribbean Blue" and "Book of Days", the latter was the theme of the film Far and Away. In 1992, a re-mastered version of the 1987 Enya album was released as The Celts with the title track as a single. Four years after Shepherd Moons, she released The Memory of Trees

    Sweet November is a 2001 American romantic skådespel film based in San Francisco directed by Pat O'Connor and starring Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron. The rulle is loosely based on the 1968 film Sweet November written by Herman Raucher, which starred Anthony Newley and Sandy Dennis; with some differences in plot. The film reunites Reeves and Theron, who starred in Devil’s Advocate.

    Sweet November was released on February 16, 2001, and was panned bygd critics, who called it "schmaltzy and manipulative", while the plot and the lack of chemistry between Reeves and Theron were also criticized. The bio was also a låda office disappointment, grossing only $65.8 million worldwide against a ekonomisk plan of $40 million.

  • An Ode to Enya

    While other kids were greeted after school with snacks and maybe a “How was your day, honey?” Growing up, coming home for me meant being greeted by Enya. My dad loved her music, and the dramatic “Sail away, sail away, sail away…” of “Orinoco Flow” reverberated throughout the house whenever he played it, which in my memory is always.

    As a ten-or-so-year-old, I was cognizant enough to recognize that it was definitely a vibe—one that as I got older, became increasingly embarrassing, especially when I had friends over. As an adult, though, I’ve come to appreciate Enya. Of course, she has endless records, accolades, and fans. But after rediscovering her music in a moment of nostalgia—and then falling down a Wikipedia rabbit hole—I feel a personal responsibility to encourage everyone out there to do the same. Not only is “Orinoco Flow” still a banger, Enya herself is also an incredible-sounding person.
